Raffle Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
All people ages 18+ are eligible to take part in any competition hosted by Sheffield Rubber. By purchasing a ticket you are confirming that you have read and agreed to these terms and confirm that you are indeed eligible to partake in your chosen competition.
Competition Rules
- Pick the competition you wish to enter and select how many entries you would like to purchase
- Once all tickets have been sold a date for the draw will be chosen
- The List of participants and their corresponding ticket number(s) will be sent to all participants via E-mail
- Once you have purchased your ticket you will be entitled to a free extra entry into that competition. To redeem your free entry, post a screenshot of your order confirmation onto your story on Instagram and tag us! There is only ONE free entry into each raffle per person. The free entries will not effect the amount of paid entries available so make sure to redeem yours to get ahead of the competition!
- The winning ticket number will be chosen using google random number generator
Competition Entry
All paid entries must be purchased via the website.
The participant is able to purchase as many entries into their chosen competition(s) as they deem fit.
Free Entries
All Competitions will have a separate list for 'Paid entries' and 'Free entries'.
Free entries are redeemable for the competition(s) the player has purchased a ticket for. To redeem this entry the participant must upload the post of the raffle the have entered onto their Instagram story @sheffieldrubber in the post.
Entry Lists
All entry lists will be sent out to all players once a draw date has been announced.
In the rare circumstance that a participant's paid or free entry amount has not been included correctly it is up to the participant to bring this to the attention of the competition host so that this can be corrected if needed.
The host is not eligible for any mistakes on the entry list as it will have been sent to all participants to confirm and it is their responsibility to highlight any errors
Winner's Details
By entering into the competition you also agree to have your social media handle to be used for application to our 'Winner's List' should you win your chosen competition.
Competition Closure
As the hosts, we reserve the right to cancel any competitions with immediate affect. Should a competition be cancelled all participants will have a choice of a full refund for their ticket amount or offered in-store credit for them to use in future competitions
Competition Judgement
All draws will take place live on our Instagram page @sheffieldrubber. Live draws will be decided by using google's random number generator.
It is up to the discretion of the competition host on how the draw's are decided and can choose whichever they deem fit.
Communications with Winner's
Once the winner has been decided via the live draw, the winner will have 7 days to respond to the host to confirm receipt of their prize. If they fail to do so within the allocated time their will be a redraw for the prize and their names will not be included into the redraw.
Failure to accept prizes may also result in a permanent ban from all future competitions.
This is left up to the discretion of the host.
By partaking in any of our competitions you have also confirmed you have agreed to and understood all terms and conditions listed above.
